Our alpaca activities

Patron is our most handsome alpaca. This is because of his coat. He has very thin hair, which makes him very soft. The good 'Zig zag' in his coat makes him have the best wool quality of our alpacas.

Geraldo (Gerrit) is our first-born foal on the care farm. The younger the alpaca, the softer the wool. We hope to welcome many more of these sweet baby alpacas.

Carlos is our most adventurous alpaca within the herd. He does what he wants and is a real artist at escaping. For example, he has escaped to the females' pasture several times and he loves to explore our living room every now and then.

Nacho is our athletic alpaca. You can tell by the way he moves. Nacho means spicy in Spanish and that matches his character. This ensures that he is high up in the ranks.

Rio is our sweetest and most gentle alpaca. He is an everyman's friend and the little brother of the group. You can recognise him by his big fluffy ears.

Pablo is our lazy alpaca. He does everything at his own pace. During a walk, he often walks a few metres behind the group. He doesn't mind at all that he is at the bottom of the hierarchy because he can do his own thing.

Don Juan a.k.a. Donnie is our womaniser and also the leader of the herd. Not because he is the strongest, but because he is the most social and bravest alpaca. Like a true leader, he always walks in front during the walks.

Zorro is our clumsiest alpaca and has the darkest wool of the group. He is very friendly and gives the best noses, kisses of the group.

Chico is our newest family member. He is a very active, cheeky, curious alpaca. In addition, he has been bob's best friend from moment one.

There are two types of alpacas in the world. You have the huacaya and the suri alpaca. We have a suri alpaca in our Group. this type of alpaca has long hair, a bit like dreadlocks. That's why we call him Bob Marley. Bob is very sociable and loves to cuddle and eat.

Paco’s coat colour is grey-rose and very special. There are only a few alpacas in the Netherlands with this unique colour.
